Quilted Jacket

 This is my newest completed project.  I took an all day work shop last year to learn how to take a sweatshirt and make it into a quilted jacket. 
This is my third jacket.  I made one for me, one for my sister for Christmas and this one is for my mom for her birthday that is in April.

    IOn  the back of this I added an applique heart and on the sleeve a nine patch.

I have been approached about teaching this method and also to make this for them.  I am not a very good teacher, I could try to explain it if you are interested in trying this for yourself.  But if you are interested in me making one for you I maybe willing to do that.

On another note:

I know I haven't been blogging on this blog lately, mostly because I haven't been creating much for my Etsy account mainly gifts for friends which I know some of you out there are interested in seeing them also to get ideas or just to see what I am making.

I am working on my journals to sell on Etsy and I am hoping to get them posted on Monday.

Also I have been busy blogging on my other blog which I have recently shut down, for now.  I have started another blog about my family and friends and if you would like to know that address you will need to contact me.
